Chloe's Nursery

Here it is, Chloe's nursery is finished!!!

We're so excited to unveil our little girls room!  It has been such a fun project and the results are exactly what I was hoping for.  Hope you like it!

I am so proud of this room!  I'm also very happy to have it done and ready for our little girl.  My energy level is starting to fade quickly.  This room has been a total labor of love.  I had so many ideas when I found out we were having a girl and I'm proud to say that all my visions have come together.  I have to say a big thank you to my hubby for doing all the manual labor and for putting up with my ideas.  It truely is a room made for a princess!

The crib, changing table, and glider rocker all came from Target.  The little wicker table was a flea market find that I've had for a while and the dresser actually came from Big Lots and I've also had that for a while.

I love the flowers and lanterns hanging in the corner.  They came from Hobby Lobby and Michaels.  The picture came from Hobby Lobby as well.  The frame was originally an antique white, so Chris spray painted it white to match everything else in the room.

I made the cover for the changing table pad out of the same minky fabric that I made the crib sheet.  I even put a zipper in it so it can be taken off and washed.  The baskets are full of diapers, whipes, lotion, powder, bath wash, even some towels and wash clothes.

A close up of the crib skirt.

I made the entire bedding set.  Oops, I just noticed I put the end bumper pad the wrong way.  I'll have to fix that :)
I love her monogram at the head of the crib and the ruffled skirt was made a lot easier with the assistance of my new ruffler foot for my sewing machine.  Her blanket is simply swirled, minky fabric that I bound with white, satin quilt binding.

I made the curtains and the rods came from Wal-Mart.  The white butterflies were a Target find!

I bought the CHLOE letters at Hobby Lobby and just painted them and stuck them to the wall with glue dots.

I found the idea for the mobile on Pinterest and I'm so happy with the way it turned out.  It was A LOT of work.  I used a butterfly paper punch to make the pink and vellum butterflies.  It took a long time to get all the ribbon and tulle tied to the wreath frame, but as long as this took it was so worth it!!!

I also made the pillow, I used the same fabric in the curtains.  I think it turned out beautiful.

I bought this little lamp at Hobby Lobby, but didn't like the shade.  I cut out hundreds (no lie) of circles and hot glued them to make them look like rosettes.  I love the way this turned out.

Here is baby girls closet.  I think she's got a good start on her wardrobe!

Are those not the cutest shoes you've ever seen?!!!

So far we have 2 drawers pretty full!

She's ready for some Rangers Baseball!

These are the personalized burp clothes I've made.  It's a wonderful thing to sew and have an embroidery machine!

So there it is, Chloe's beautiful nursery.  All we need now is our sweet little girl.  We can't wait!!!
